lee tracy

On the right-hand side of my blog is a list of other blogs that I enjoy looking at. Most of them I forget about {sorry} so sometimes I randomly choose one to look at. Today I went to Ashes and Milk and found the artist Lee Tracy.

Taken from Ashes and Milk:
In response to a MRI brain scan taken while hospitalized, artist Lee Tracy created an installation of thirty-five Cerebral Light Boxes which were exhibited at the International Museum of Surgical Science in Chicago.
These brain scans & etchings are amazing. I am truly fascinated by art that fuses anatomy and interesting medical things. The etched words into the scans make this piece so much more powerful. I hope you like these as well!
