I admit that I've been slacking horribly on the "design" part of my blog. I love great logos and branding, but recently nothing has stood out to me. I did, however, come across Celeste Prevost, a designer who lives in San Francisco with an outstanding resume.
I'm totally digging the simple and clean designs of Celeste Prevost's portfolio. Great use of colors and patterns!
If you happen to know of any other designers out there who you'd like to see featured on the blog, leave a comment and I'll make it happen!

office space
Since I've moved back home and have been stuck working inside my tiny bedroom, I've been craving a real "office space."
Right now it's out of the question to start buying new furniture and rearranging everything ... but what I can do is catalog all the beautiful and inspiring office spaces right here! One day I'll be able to have my own space, but in the meantime, I'll fawn over these:

pretty things {from etsy} friday
Good afternoon! As always, thank goodness it's Friday! Today's PTF are all things that I've found on Etsy... the best website for all things handmade {and vintage, too.}
And speaking of handmade, I applied to be in the Ridgewood, NJ Craft Fair that is taking place on September 12! That means that I have approximately 2 weeks to bust my butt to get my things together and set up the prettiest table. It's a little last minute unfortunately, but I cannot wait! This will only be my second craft fair, but I am thrilled to be taking part in this annual craft fair that has very high expectations! I hope my friendly readers will be able to attend if you're in the area!
Anyways, here's this week's Pretty Things {from Etsy} Friday!
That's all I got for today! Have a lovely weekend.

spoonflower
I've been in a little bit of a sewing craze this past week... Last night I made a couple of clutches and a matching glasses case. Now I can't stop thinking about what I will be making next, and I've been searching online for pretty fabrics.
I found the website Spoonflower where you can design and print your own fabric! If you're too lazy to design your own, you can shop for fabrics that were designed by others. They have an amazing collection, and I couldn't help but think of a project for every fabric that I loved.
Here are some of my favorite fabrics. The last one would be perfect for doggy diapers for my poor Otto, who loves to peepee on the carpet every chance he gets. He looks exactly like that Pomeranian!

skunkboy
I am seriously fawning over these amazing handmade creatures by Skunkboy that I came across on Etsy the other day. I love the choice of fabrics and contrasting patterns and the little details that make each one special and unique.

I thought I would post this adorable felt Polaroid camera to try to brighten up this rainy-muggy-foggy morning. Isn't it cute?
More later!
