Finally...

My final screenprint that I have been working on since the beginning of the semester!!! It's going to be called Roots&Skin. So far there is an edition of 5 but I hope to have more coming, or just do another edition.

Moleskins & Mirah

This is my decorated cover of my first moleskin sketchbook. Song lyrics by St. Vincent "the Strangers" and the pressed daffodil is from the art exhibition last semester. I'm thinking about starting another moleskin (since I have 2 more that came in the package) for my next artist book (if I ever finish the one I'm working on now...) I am going to base it off one of Mirah's songs Body Below. She really inspires me especially now since I got to see her on Saturday!!!

It's that time of year again!

This is my first design for this semester's WONY t-shirt. I am trying to use my illustrator skills.

Screenprinting

First prints of the semester will be a hand with roots coming out of it. Or roots growing a hand... it's creepy either way. For now I am thinking black ink on white paper but I do more editions later on.
