riitta ikonen

I came across this really awesome mail art by Riitta Ikonen, a Finnish artist based in London.

The project was originally called "Location Vocation Vacation" in which the students of Margaret Huber at University of Brighton were to document their experiences through mail art, sending her one postcard per week.

Besides the fact that these pieces are really unique, it certainly tests the patience of the Postal Service. Out of 150 postcards, only 5 of them never made it. Impressive!
